Features Of Low Pressure Foam Machine:

1. Accurate measurement: high-precision low-speed gear pump, error ≤0.5%.
2. Uniform mixing: Multi-tooth high-shear mixing head is used, with reliable performance.
3. Pouring head: special mechanical seal is used to prevent air leakage and material pouring.
4. The material temperature is stable: the material tank adopts its own heating temperature control system, and the temperature control is determined, and the error is ≤2℃
5. The whole machine adopts 7-inch touch screen and PLC module control, which can be poured regularly and quantitatively and can be automatically cleaned by air flushing.

Main components and parameter specification:

Material system consists of material tank, filter tank, metering pump, material pipe, infusion head, cleaning tank.

Filtering tank: Material in the tank flow to the filter tank Φ100X200 by discharge valve, after filtering, flow to the metering pump. Sealing flat cover on the tank, inner tank with a filter net, tank body with a feeding and discharge port, there is a discharge ball valve below the tank.

Metering pump: High precision GPA and JR series gear metering pump (pressure-tolerant 4MPa,JR speed 26～130r.p.m ;GPA speed 100～480r.p.m ), make sure the metering and ration accurate and stable.

Mixing device(pouring head): Adopting floating mechanical seal device, high shearing spiral mixing head to make sure the even mixing within required adjusting range of casting mixing ratio. Motor speed is accelerated and frequency controlled through triangle belt so to realize the high speed rotation of mixing head in mixing chamber.

4. Breathable and moisture-absorbing. Since each cell unit is interconnected, it has excellent moisture absorption performance and is also breathable.
